Evaluation

Evaluation is the systematic use of applied research procedures to collect information about activities, characteristics, and outcomes.  Within organizations and agencies, evaluation is used to strengthen programs and initiatives, measure efficiency, and/or increase the understanding about underlying factors.  CSI's knowledge and flexibility permits the design and conduct of evaluations that meets the needs of our clients, whether for a small program or a large system.
