CSI's emphasis on professional development and the creation of a community of concept mapping researchers has led us to our new Advanced Training course, "Data to Meaning: Refining and Enhancing the Concept Mapping Analysis." Developed in response to the expressed needs of those who have completed the Core Training course and facilitated concept mapping research, the Advanced Training emphasizes the application of rigorous social science research techniques that enable users to take their projects to the next level. The training covers topics such as systematic processes for reducing large statement sets, strategies for the selection and interpretation of different cluster solutions, statistical analyses of various concept mapping data, model building and utilization, and quality and rigor in concept mapping.

Advanced Training is offered twice per year in Ithaca, NY and brings together diverse groups of experienced concept mapping practitioners.
