For more than 15 years, Concept Systems Incorporated has worked with government agencies, national associations, not-for-profit organizations, and private businesses to help turn ideas into actions.

We consult and facilitate with groups at all levels in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, project design, decision making, evaluation, and strategic stakeholder-based issues assessment. And we help clients by planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and professional workforce development curricula.

CSI is the sole source owner and provider of our proprietary technology, The Concept System®. It supports stakeholder engagement, elicits buy-in and awareness, and leads to concrete, usable results.

CSI was founded in 1993 by Mary Kane, President and CEO, and co-founder, Dr. William Trochim. Our offices are located in Ithaca, New York, near the educational and research resources of Cornell University.

CSI is a woman-owned small business. We are a preferred vendor for the Federal government and a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract Holder.
